There’s just something about a good loaf of sourdough. This one is made by hand right here in Canyon Lake, slowly fermented and baked the old-fashioned way with simple, honest ingredients. It comes out with that beautiful crisp crust and a soft, flavorful center that’s just right.
It’s the kind of bread you tear into while it’s still warm, toast up the next morning, or build a meal around without thinking twice. Made in small batches, with care and a whole lot of love, just the way it should be.
ORIGINAL / ORIGINAL SLICED - Our classic, naturally leavened sourdough with a crisp crust and tender, tangy crumb. Slow-fermented for depth of flavor and baked fresh for the stand.
JALAPENO CHEDDAR / JALAPENO CHEDDAR SLICED - Classic sourdough folded with sharp cheddar and jalapeños for a perfectly balanced kick of heat and flavor. Cheesy, bold, and just spicy enough—excellent alongside soups, sliced for sandwiches, or toasted until the edges get irresistibly crisp.
ROSEMARY GARLIC - Fragrant rosemary and roasted garlic folded into our sourdough base. Savory, aromatic, and perfect for soups, pastas, or snacking straight from the loaf.
BACON CHEDDAR - Savory sourdough loaded with sharp cheddar and smoky bacon, baked into a golden, crusty loaf with a tender interior. Rich, hearty, and deeply satisfying—this is a favorite for grilled cheese, breakfast toast, or simply enjoyed warm with butter.
WHOLE WHEAT - A hearty, naturally leavened sourdough made with whole wheat flour for a nutty flavor and tender, satisfying crumb. Slow-fermented and baked until golden, this loaf is nourishing, versatile, and perfect for everyday slicing.
HATCH'S JACK - Hatch’s Jack Sourdough is a little bold, a little cozy, and hard to put down once you start. Made with roasted Hatch green chiles, melty Monterey Jack, and fresh green onions, this loaf brings just the right balance of warmth and flavor without overpowering the sourdough itself. The crust bakes up golden and crisp, while the inside stays soft with pockets of cheese and bits of chili tucked into every slice. It’s savory, slightly smoky, and just a touch spicy in the best way.
ORANGE CRANBERRY - Orange Cranberry Sourdough is bright, cozy, and just a little bit special. This loaf is filled with tart cranberries and fresh orange zest, giving it a gentle citrus sweetness balanced with that signature sourdough tang.
